Spanish Villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai

Jumeirah Golf Estates is just one more incredible development underway in Dubai in the Middle East.  It’s a development inspired by the four natural elements of earth, wind, fire and water with the likes of golfing greats Greg Norman and Vijay Singh behind the design of the four challenging and world class golf courses and the adjacent luxury residential communities.

We’ve looked at everything that’s going on at this particular expansive development and sniffed out the different communities and properties available and have chosen to showcase a pretty special development of Spanish villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai for your pleasure today.

These stunning family homes are within the ‘Earth Community’ on a development called Lime Tree Valley and they epitomize the theme behind this entire community perfectly.  The theme is inspirational Mediterranean architecture which will be set within perfectly landscaped areas inspired by European and North American great parkland.

Lime Tree Valley is a development of around 121 villa homes with buyers having a choice of 8 home types which they can then fully customize according to various themes the architects have available for each home type.  Additionally buyers can choose to have a basement added to their property and choose from many different sized plots of land and they can have their gardens landscaped to their exact specifications as part of the purchase package.

All properties are overlooking the Earth Golf Course with some homes having views of the course’s lakes which should be pretty cool.

Our favourite of the Spanish villas at Jumeirah Golf Estates in Dubai is the Tarragona – this is a 6 bedroom family home, it has many expansive terraces and balconies, it also has a private internal courtyard (pictured) as well as extra living space for a maid and a driver (because we have our own personal driver don’t you know) and it has a huge kitchen which you will of course never need to use because you can order in a fine wining and dining experience or pop on over to the Norman Clubhouse and partake of a meal at one of a large number of different eateries.

In fact, you don’t even need to keep your private wine collection in your Spanish villa…you can keep it at the Norman Clubhouse because it has a special storage facility available for just such a thing!

If you’re into golf then you really need to be into the Jumeirah Golf Estate in Dubai because you know it’s going to be the best, biggest, most successful and amazing in the whole world because this is Dubai we’re talking about.  And so if you want to find out more about the whole concept and sign up to learn about all the different residential communities visit the development’s website and select the Living tab for more information about the homes available and the inimitable amenities and facilities available to all home owners.
