Just when you thought we’d exhausted all the amazing property developments in the entire Caribbean region we go and find you just one more irresistible real estate temptation!  And in fact, this one’s on a private island called Royal Island in the Bahamas – so it doesn’t actually come much better than this if the truth be told. 

Royal Island is just a 4 mile hop from Eleuthera, it’s a mere 50 mile excursion from Nassau and Miami is close by located roughly 190 miles to the west meaning it’s exotic whilst remaining accessible – essential as we all lead such busy lives and we can’t spend days travelling to our little Caribbean bolt hole now can we?  The property development we’re showcasing is the Royal Island Bahamas Caribbean Resort which claims to be the most amenities packed and exclusive development anywhere in the Bahamas – so naturally we had to take a closer look.

And when you do take a closer look at the master plan for this exclusive community you can see that yes, there really has been a great deal of emphasis placed on the creation of a desirable location which will feature every conceivable leisure and pleasure type activity for residents and hotel guests. 

I suppose that makes sense really - because up until now, stunning Royal Island was uninhabited, undeveloped and therefore offered nothing more than sun, sea and sand to passers by.

Once Royal Island Bahamas has been completed in a few years time the Caribbean resort will be home to private and exclusive beach front residences, a boutique hotel, a large marina, a Jack Nicklaus signature golf course (blimey, he keeps himself busy doesn’t he), a superior spa and fitness facility, a theatre, tennis courts, fine wining and dining experiences in a variety of settings, beach club, golf club, kids’ club, marina village which will include sidewalk cafes, shops, a business centre, medical centre as well as the necessary customs and immigration for the harbour, a watercraft fleet from jet skis to yachts that you can hire, wireless internet access throughout the resort and the superior Royal Island Concierge Service which can provide you with anything you want whenever you want it - such a bold promise, you’re going to have to test them out I fear.

Anyway, this is luxury living at its very best.  At Royal Island Bahamas Caribbean Resort you’re going to be able to bag yourself an ocean front mansion and live among like minded (and moneyed) people, soak up the stunning sunshine and the inimitably affluent air and be entertained and pampered every minute of every day of your stay.  Then, when all that opulence gets too much you can nip over to Eleuthera, hop on your private jet, fly back to your hectic life and have the management team at Royal Island maintain your property perfectly - or even let it out for you if you want to raise an income from it.
