Stunning City Centre Apartments in Warsaw

Daniel Libeskind may be a naturalized American citizen but he was born in Poland back in 1946 and now he has finally been given the chance to create his very latest architectural masterpiece in the capital city of his original homeland, namely Warsaw.
Zlota 44 is the physical realization of Libeskind’s long held dream to create stunning city centre apartments in Warsaw in the tallest residential tower in Europe and to design a building that is as architecturally striking as it is luxurious and sumptuous to live in.
While we may not be a fan of the name (we have to be honest, Zlota 44 really sounds pants), we are a total fan of the building, its concept and the amount of effort going into the creation and finish of this amazing 192 meter, 54 storey high rise apartment building.
As you might imagine, residents of Zlota 44 will have access to an amazing array of amenities and facilities such as a 25 meter long stainless steel swimming pool as well as a massive wooden sun deck that’s set high up on the amenities floor. Just imagine it, residents can sunbathe overlooking the city or relax in the hot spa before calling down to the 24 hour, Le Regina trained concierge staff who will answer to their every beck and call!
In addition to all of these delectable lifestyle treats, residents have access to yoga rooms, a children’s play area and play room and there’s also a gym, a laundry service, a party room, landscaped gardens and private lounges – and we haven’t even mentioned the living accommodation available for sale yet!
The stunning city centre apartments in Warsaw that have already been released for sale have been selling like hotcakes to both the local population and overseas buyers with either an interest in Poland or an understanding that this is a nation economically prospering and where one would be well advised to make an investment such as this.
There are 251 apartments being created, they range from modest and affordable one bedroom homes to amazing penthouses and all come with floor to ceiling windows and can be finished to four standards. You have the choice of a traditional but luxury finish as standard or you can upgrade to contemporary luxury, sustainable modernist or the Daniel Liebskind luxury package which is our favourite!
The finish is second to none – it’s all chrome and marble and stainless steel and glass and solid wood and hi-tech and basically amazing! The website is pretty fancy too – take a look and feast your senses http://www.zlota44tower.com/
